Kaarigar Sofa Repair repairs and re-upholsters sofas at customers' homes in Noida, Greater Noida West, Ghaziabad and East Delhi. This page explains what we do with the details you share with us through this website, a phone call or WhatsApp.

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number and area, when you fill in the estimate form, call us or message us.
• What needs fixing and any photos or videos of your sofa that you send us.
• Your address, once you book a visit.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, give you a price, arrange the visit, send your bill and warranty, and follow up on the job. We don't send promotional messages unless you ask for them.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your details to anyone. The kaarigar assigned to your job sees your name, number and address so they can reach you. When you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies to that chat.

Cookies and Google Ads

This site uses Google Ads conversion tracking. It sets cookies that tell us which of our ads led to a call, a WhatsApp message or a form. When you submit the form, a scrambled (hashed) copy of your phone number may be sent to Google to match the enquiry to the ad you clicked. Google does not get your number in readable form. You can manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.

How long we keep it

We keep job details for as long as your warranty runs and for our accounts, then delete them. Enquiries that don't turn into a job are deleted within 6 months.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details we hold about you, as provided under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Message us on WhatsApp or call the number on our home page, and we'll do it within 7 days.
